If he had a knock it could make sense why Antony came on ahead of him last weekend. The fact that we didn’t hear anything before though makes me think it’s precautionary more than anything

I feel like Erik and co might have requested all these players to stick back in Manchester for the next two weeks to really hash out their tactics and fix all the shit.
I don’t buy that all these players are coincidentally getting mild injuries and dropping off from the national squads.
