Confused – wasn’t this a security breach more on Aston villas part ? Since the game was in their stadium ? Or is United expected to have their own security that should prevent these things ?

Such a joke. Media portrays it as a massive blunder that United let happen. It’s not as if their OT dressing room was bugged or their tactical sessions were bugged.

I know many United fans from the UK are sort of familiar and probably numb to the vitriol against the team, but to someone outside that ecosystem, the way some of these news items are talked about is frankly unhinged. Like, how is a discussion about a security breach in the away team’s dressing room basically a series of snide comments about that team’s manager being a boring speaker, instead of this being centered around the lax security?
