Stuff like this is why i dislike how prominent stats have become in football. Because anybody with eyes can see Partey isn’t as fast or agile as he was but already you have people pretending like this is proof he hasn’t fallen off physically. Stats are meaningless without context

Kai has taken up a lot of Ødegaard’s off ball responsibilities, so I’m not surprised to see him leading the distance figures.
I am surprised to see Gabriel and Saliba so high up the list, I would have expected Martinelli and Rice in the top 5, too.
