I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the officials in this league are absolutely shocking sometimes

Cherries fan here. Tight game overall. Villa with the better chances. Probably should have had a pen for hand ball. Feel a draw fair result. Hope Villa go on to win the league, great fan base and club. Better side than some of the so called big 6.

Accidental handball is not a penalty and never has been.
It was a nailed-on pen and we all know it. Refs are just afraid to give them to the so-called bigger sides, esp at their place. Na ja.

Aston Villa a good team, looked on top of Bournemouth but some good and fortunate defending by Bournemouth. Villa deserved to win but yet Bournemouth also deserved to draw!
Travers is a very good goalie, better than Neto who was put in front of him and better too than Kepa. Don't understand the club preferring good names who have cost the club points.
It was a definite handball but the right decision not to award it. Too many penalties are wrongly awarded for trivial things that are quite against the spirit of the game and nothing to do with gaining an advantage or denying a goal scoring opportunity.
