What a good and important win for the Bees!
It was also about time that we put one over on Wolves this season after our previous losses against them.
It was a good team performance and, on the whole, we deserved the win.
It was a really good first half performance and we should have had more goals, but that is where we have to learn to be more clinical.
The second half we were under a fair amount of pressure, but we more or less limited them to shots from outside of the box.
The second goal was a great team effort and it looked like something from the training ground. It was a great build up and was perfectly executed by Ivan. He more or less just stroked it or caressed it in. Once again, a really well worked goal.
Let us now take this new momentum with us into the next few games and try and build on it. Admittedly, it is not going to be that easy with our upcoming games, but I always see us in with a chance of surprising some of the big boys!
The team is looking more assured and comfortable and they are definitely creating more chances.
Let us hope that we can get a great victory against Liverpool on Saturday!
