Got to be either first or last. Simply because they’re not advertising the sponsor of the league.
Got to love the colour choices on the current logo.

Coca Cola Championship was peak and I won’t hear otherwise.. So good even Crewe Alexandra, Gillingham and Colchester took part!

I think the new branding is the best by far. No sponsor, simple but effective.

The current one is probably the best. The majority of the others are just the sponsor with some extra writing. The first one is nostalgic but also messy.

I’m glad the modern one doesn’t dedicate the majority of itself to a company

I remember when ‘The Nationwide’ was common shorthand for the three Football League divisions. If a Premier League (or Premiership, it was that era!) team was having a particularly poor spell, you’d say that they were heading for the Nationwide.

Definitely need the quick drawing owl back, gun fight at the OK Corral style.

Definitely loved the Nationwide League, 100%. Loved having those patches on my shirts

Endsleigh league just reminds me of fantasy league football pisstakes. Did someone say Ricky Otto?

Endsleigh and Nationwide were the sponsors when I was growing up. Had the Nationwide logos ironed on to my kit when I was a kid so would have to be that (back in the day when logos, numbers and sponsors were proper felt)
Honestly didn’t realise it wasn’t Sky Bet anymore.

Barclays is the most nostalgic.

A rather strange memory of mine is of a very boisterous Portsmouth following at Highfield Road singing “bye bye, to the Nationwide” repeatedly as they won the game that all but secured their promotion to the Premier League. Would have been early 2000s.
For that reason I’ll go with the Nationwide era.

I love the endsleigh one because it reminds me of the sticker books

Everything from ’87 to 2010 hits a different nostalgia sweet spot.
The sky and npower ones just don’t do shit for me.
The new branding is probably the best for the league because it elevates the competition above the sponsors.

Coca cola championship legends like Marcus Tudgay, Lee grant jermaine Johnson and Ebanks Blake scoring the first goal I’ve seen live in a 1-0 loss to wolves so that will always be iconic and shaped my life following Wednesday, sad.

The original gangsta was always the best. Liked the last Nationwide one too, as well as Coke (lol).
Not a fan of naming leagues after sponsors though (grounds either). It’s confusing for foreign/part-time fans and loses some of the identity of the divvy.

The first logo is class. Definitely my favourite but probably too decorative for nowadays, though.

Personally I love the traditional first one.
After that my favorite is the last one. It’s really elegant with representing all 72 teams.

I feel like we don’t appreciate the clean, sponsorless branding of our football leagues enough. So current one is cool.
The Coca-Cola football league was special though. Felt like a new era.

Endsleigh for me, purely because that’s what it was called when I first started watching football.

The first. It is a bit pompous, but I quite like that. It goes well with some of the older crests still in use.
