Stayed at the holiday inn next to the Kassam a couple of years ago got to be said its one of the more run down and soulless stadiums/ attached leisure complexes I’ve seen. Hopefully the new stadium gets approved soon as it’s not a stadium you’d associate with Oxford felt more like it belonged to one of the towns built in the 60’s.

Fratton Park is class. Pride Park might be almost twice the size but just one of those shit hole toilet bowls in the middle on an industrial estate – rubbish.
