Early in the betting will be the King's of mid table PNE and Bristol City.
Bristol City finished +2 GD but 11th is nosebleed territory for the Cider Army
Preston did their best early doors to escape and 10th was lofty but -11 GD was Paul Ince ugly
Cardiff actually finished 12th but the Championship Championship isn't won with -17 GD, sorry I don't make the rules (I do make the rules)
Watford had 0 GD but 15th is NOT midtable.
15 wins 16 draws 15 defeats 0GD is Championship nirvana.
Let's hear your prediction on who will put the MID into Mid-Table and get closest to the sacred stat line.

I reckon it’ll be Bristol City taking the scenic route this time and spending a bit of time in the playoffs before returning to the inevitable.
Marti can take up from the top of the shit teams to the top of the mid teams. I believe.
All in on Swansea and Cardiff
I guarantee you Millwall will be right there battling, also Swansea.
Preston will be bottom in January, Bristol City will be top
Final table: Preston 12th, Bristol City 13th both 0 GD
Bristol City are the goats
Swans and North end
I long for a world where they can’t be separated by points, GD, goals scored, head-to-head record, disciplinary record, most confirmed meat raffles within 5 miles of the stadium or any other sorting rules…so then there’s a winner takes all playoff for 12th.
We’ll start out strong, looking like a playoff contender. It’ll give the fans hope, and we’ll all get ahead of ourselves. Then, as is tradition, we’ll lose something like 7 in a row and drop to 16th before clawing our way back to 8th. Then March will come, we’ll go lose, draw with a rare win nestled in, all the way to the end of the season, where we’ll finish 11th.
Rinse and repeat, year on year. I look forward to copy/pasting this in 2025.
Edit: I forgot to add, we’ll keep on checking the League 1 table to see how Blackpool are doing whilst muttering to ourselves ‘could be worse, could be Blackpool’. Meanwhile they’ll be flirting with a playoff position.
I think Bristol, while Preston end up in top 6!
Controversial take:
14th is mid table
Top 6 get ‘something’ out of the season
Bottom 3 get ‘something’ out of the season
15 places in between are the bedrock of championship continuity.
14th has 7 spots above it before the play offs and 7 spots below it before relegation.
Ergo, our lives are a lie.
