Can’t wait for him to mentor Hojlund and Zirkzee. I was hoping we got an experienced PL striker (maybe not that good quality-wise) to do the mentoring and be a backup to Hojlund, but now that we have RvN we can have two good strikers. Amazing!
I hope he builds winning mentally in the players. Having such a former player in your coaching staff is a blessing for Ten Hag.

Great start to preseason training
This is the best case scenario and exactly what I wanted to happen, though I didn’t expect it. Ten Hag has shown he is a top manager with a winning mentality but we need a refresh of other staff if this is going to succeed.
