You can basically tell that Danilo’s left ankle is pointing in the wrong direction.
Best case: some kind of dislocation.
Medium case: a bad break.
Worst case: a dislocation/break with ligament damage too.
Fingers crossed for Danilo. What a heartbreaker. 🙁

If it’s a bone break with no ligament damage, whilst obviously a long time out, he shouldn’t face ongoing issues in his career like he could with ligament damage
