I mean at this point they could call it or not and it’s the same, they need to establish better criteria. I think it should have been called because he jumps with his arms extended, blocks a shot on goal, and travels from one arm to the other, like, double handball. It would have been a 2-0 but, either way it’s OK.

Rules should be more simple. Hand on the area=penalty and specific exceptions, which shouldn’t cover intent.
