Morgan Rodgers is looking ridiculously good right now ngl (tho obvs recency bias is strong here)

Surely Jhon Dhuran?!
Man be attracting interest for 50 million after basically ten minutes of football last season and a plucky goal off the knee đ

Potential is a hard one to evaluate, because many players have gone on to be brilliant elsewhere: like Yorke, Milner, even Kyle Walker.
Of the players still heading towards their peak: hard to look past Grealish.
Of the players currently still playing for us: Ramsey, Rogers, Duran and Onana all have ridiculous potential.

Current team Iâd say Rogers or JJ but I think Grealish eclipses them both currently

Current crop definitely Duran.Â

I’m only young so I instantly look at this with recency bias; Morgan Rogers is looking like it right now.
I expect the oldheads would say Luc Nilis

My most potential will be Ramsey, when that lad is 25-26 heâll be running games against anyone.

Potential suggests to me it wasn’t achieved or we didn’t see it…. So I’ll say Luc Nilis đ

He was laughing at the Ireland defence yesterday and how easy it was for him to own them.

Thinking of potential from when we signed them, not right now. Surely Emi Martinez deserves a shout.
He came to us only being number one for arsenal because of injuries. Did anyone really expect that in a few years, heâd turn out to be one of the worldâs best?

Grealish obviously, but every time I saw Daniel Johnson play at the same time as him I thought Johnson would have as high a ceiling

Lads, the next category is wasted potential. Save Luc Nilis for that.

Luke Moore – had two senior hatricks at 19 years old, one on loan at Wycombe and one for Villa.
Miles ahead of Grealish at 19.

I thought Jordan Amavi was going to be one of the best left backs in the league when he signed

Collymore. Could have been so good, ended up immensely frustrating.
