Im not saying its wrong at all, because im right there with ya, but its crazy how in just a few short days, the narrative about boehly has completely changed. Pretty unanimous butt if a joke, to most people’s (again me included) hope for the future against Clearlake
I really don’t want Clearlake as sole owners but it’s looking that way methinks

All I’m saying is this playing out in public is ridiculous. Briefings from both sides, it’s an indefensible clown show.

Wow, they used to treat the players that shittily. Now even the owner gets the stick. These fuckers need to get booted out.

I’m fully backing Boehly – I have 0 confidence either can actually execute their vision to a point that we are elite, so I’m just going on vibes.

Clearlake cannot take any sort of criticism. We are run by people who will quintuple down no matter the results of the “strategy”

Pretty clear who the cunts are in this ownership group.

What people are forgetting is we sold other assets to Clearlake to cover FFP.
Or they did at least. They essentially fucked us (and Todd) by altering the stakes

If this is how Egbhali is with his minority shareholders imagine how he would be with respect to the manager and sporting directors. Not liking this one bit.
Obviously, he is not the perfect choice but would rather have Boehly.

I feel more comfortable with Boehly at the wheel.

> The prospect of Boehly, who has used personal money to fund his investment, agreeing to dissolve his power is understood to be nonexistent. A source pointed out that the ownership structure means he would have to sign off on a deal that would hurt him.
we should all probably want the guy who put in personal money to win this war.

If Clearlake buy 100% share of Chelsea. I can safe to say we will be officially doomed as a Premier League top 4 clubs. We just be a business model just like what Eghbali want. It’s horrifying to even think about what will happen. Just saw the era of Kroenke and Glazers. What will happen to us.

I am already exhausted from this story and it’s hardly begun. Regardless of outcome, this is basically affirming the fan narrative that the owners are inept and is just gonna make the volatility during the season worse.
I swear someone made a blood pact for the UCL with Tuchel. Ever since, supporting the club has been absolutely brutal.

So it’s either Chelsea Clearlake or Chelsea Dodgers.

In situations like this the one with 51 percent or more ownership usually comes out on top.

I’ve completely fallen out of love with the club these days. Don’t get me wrong I still love the team (important distinction I think), but the club at large is just an awful organisation that I don’t really want to be associated with.

People saying that clearlake cannot sell their stocks but we have zero official info on this, all we have is some rumours nothing that proves that point.
I am not saying that this is false all i am saying is that we have never seen actual evidence.
I don’t like any of our owners but i would rather have Boehly as a majority owner.
Only time will tell what will happen to our club but right now things are not looking good for us.

From what I understand it’s boehly that has the longterm plan and it’s Clearlake that’s all about right now. So I’m Team Boehly if that’s correct.

listen, boehly is far from the ideal owner, and he’s made quite a few bad calls during his time here, but if clearlake has full control of the club, we’re just gonna be brighton and won’t move from the mid table for YEARS

I’m pretty sure the draw to the bid was Boehly and Walters, seeing as they had a successful sports franchise in the Dodgers. I doubt Roman would’ve ever signed off on Clearlake alone or else Citadel would’ve bought Chelsea when Ken Griffith joined the bid for them
