    >Manchester United left-back Tyrell Malacia is stepping up his comeback, following a spell on the sidelines, as he **took part in the warm-up part of Friday’s training session** at Carrington.

Not exactly fully back in training but a ‘positive step’

**Tyrell Malacia took part in the group warm up and rondos today before continuing his individual training programme.** A huge step in the right direction but United still taking their time with his return and will manage it carefully [#mufc](https://x.com/hashtag/mufc?src=hashtag_click)

  2. I’m glad he’s back, he looks really fit! He’s fucking built too. Thick and man made. You can tell he’s sculpted because you can see it thru the pads. His fucking vice grip thighs. Suffocating thighs. Rock hard thighs. Piping hot thighs. Great arms. Great abs. A stocky chest. Love the progress his body has made throughout his youth and now as a willing eager adult

He’s looking well by all accounts, hope he can bring a consistent level and solve our LB problem

Tyrell Malacia was welcomed back to training by his Man Utd teammates at Carrington on Friday. The Holland defender, who hasn’t played for the club since May 2023, took part in the warm-up before following an individual training programme.

  5. Will always remember how this guy transformed the team coming playing his first game against Liverpool in ten hags first season.ñ

  6. Sometimes i like to imagine he’ll come back and he’ll be a beast out of nowhere. Like they rebuilt him in the lab and he’s now prime Marcelo.

  7. Lad did literally all of the roids in his time away. Can’t hate it and I can’t wait for him to mutate during a game.

  8. This whole process has been an ordeal for fans and the player, hopefully there is bright light at the end of the tunnel, such a shame what happened with his surgeries, he is needed.

Happy that he’s close to being back and can play football again instead of being a fan punchline about how he was just a figment of our imagination or a ghost or locked up in prison or on maternity leave cos he got pregnant by Rashford.
