What a strange and badly managed situation on both sides.

Why we see paying someone £25k* to play for our B team as a better use of funds as paying that players £30k to play a role in our first team is strange.

Surely even offloading him and paying a team a % of his wages would’ve been a better use of funds if we are so set on him not being the first team level.

  2. Agree its a strange situation. We have a Romanian internationalist playing for the B team. I can only imagine something has gone very wrong behind the scenes either with Hagi’s attitude or its money related. I do feel though that questions need to be asked. If we have depth issues this season it will be very interesting to see what happens…

  3. My mate Shuggie in the pub says he heard that Hagi and Todd got caught spitroasting Big Phil’s missus while Si Ferry was filming it on his iPhone. That explains why Todd left and Ianis is persona-non-grata at Ibrox now. Allegedly…

  4. I think this is either an attitude thing, or something to do with him and his dad’s statements to the media, seen as going behind the clubs back regarding it all.

Even still, scoring against youth players is expected of an international player, I don’t think he’s had a great Rangers career overall, and several managers having their opinion about him (all being similar) seems to tell a story…
