  4. Bobo Blade would be my pick.

    Although mentions for Di Canio, and one not yet mentioned…Stephane Mahe. Mahe gave his all and got stuck in. He was robbed a few times with bad decisions in Rangers games.

    Johan Mjallby is another one worth a mention. Aggressive, but controlled and fair.
