  1. Is this part of the embargoed Arteta interview, where the media drip feeds us bits of the interview until the full interview releases the night before a game?

  2. man I love the team right now. How can i feel so confident despite having two key players out of the game?

So the report about him being emotional (crying?) was true. TNAT also confirmed that the scan did not show anything major, so we can be optimistic, but I think he should be rested.

Given the horror injury he had in 2018, he’s probably a bit sensitive to anything concerning his left knee, and he just wants to be fit and able to play.

  5. I could see him being upset even if it is a minor injury. Probably knew he would be rested as precaution and would miss his dream Champions League home debut versus PSG

  6. I would start Ben White and Nwaneri vs PSG. Move Timber back to LB and give Calafiori and Havertz a rest. Frankly, I don’t have faith in Trossard or Jesus to play our no. 9 role as well as Kai but Kai really needs a rest imo.

  7. He’s buzzing to be here, he played a full PL game, he felt something in his knee. He immediately feared the worst, he got a bit upset, the swelling went down, no major damage and we’ll see how he feels today.

  8. I just cant wait to have Ode and Merino back so that we can get a good look at this fabled Merino-Rice-Odegaard midfield.

  9. I mean no cultural insensitivity nor stereotypes but Italians are very passionate. He could’ve just been crying from joy.
