Rice touched away a moving ball and thus couldnât have been delaying a restart. Bernardo silva was rolling around on the floor so no one was ready to take a free kick when trossard kicked it away.
Unfortunately common sense doesnât apply when dealing with booking Arsenal players for the same thing.

Every time refs are called out they hide behind grass roots refs saying they shouldn’t get grief due to the effect it has on grass roots refs, they are cowards.
