Obviously not a Middlesbrough fan, but in 22/23 my Boro supporting mate kept on bantering me about how we were getting relegated as they were getting promoted to the PL and all this shit about how we are gonna go bust. After they lost to Coventry I sent him a ‘Sorry For Your Loss’ Card from the Middlesbrough online store, which I felt was bit of an own goal from the club’s merchandising team.
Edit: I’ve changed phones since then and find any pictures of the card and it also no longer seems to be available on the Middlesbrough online store.
