I wish he was here every time he scores. But this isn’t our news. He’s never going to play for us. Hopefully we learn our lesson, and actually sign players that top our list after months of scouting. There’ll be others.

I am so tired of hearing about him. Aston Villa didn’t want to sell him (understandably) which basically means it was almost impossible for us to sign him. Forcing a player out of a prem team who doesn’t want to sell requires Man U levels of overspending.
Pretty sure most of the noise was Duran himself trying to get out and things never got that close. He really wants to leave to improve his wages.
