  1. He’s gone then, Joel isn’t flying in to talk about giving him another couple weeks.

“United’s executive committee have a long-standing meeting in the diary for Tuesday” – just for clarity, this has been in the diary for a while and is not a hastily called meeting in response to results.

    > “Since the INEOS investment, executives have aimed to meet once a month”
    >
    > “The last United executive meeting took place in Barcelona last month at the first stage of the America’s Cup, with Joel and Avram Glazer flying in to attend.”

Personal desires and feelings aside. Is he gone with a loss to Villa?

Although I think he should be, I’m leaning towards no.. think it’s still early into the first season of our new management structure. Think they may give him more time. Think if we win, then he’s definitely staying.

I’m wondering if they’re gonna throw a bag of money at Tuchel to start as soon as possible. Don’t know if that would be a good fit or not but it’s certainly more exciting than throwing Ruud in there even as an interim

Writing is 100% on the wall. Id be shocked if we beat Villa, but honestly, it shouldn’t really change anything. Sad because I did want ten Hag to end this cycle but his flaws are super significant

  6. Fk this guy. It was a scheduled meeting way before the last month of results. Adam Crafton has never reported anything remotely positive about the club. Only piling on with speculation during crisis periods

Really wanted ETH to be the one to turn the cycle over but I think it’s always a risk if you pick a manager who hasn’t replicated the success outside of a single team….

  8. I have never once in my life seen Crafton report anything positive about the club. Dude does good investigative reporting at times but is seriously a negativity merchant

  9. Whilst the subject of Craftons’ exclusive was legitimate re: Greenwood, he just comes across as a bitter journo always looking to pile in on us these days because United officials screwed him.

What’s the story here? *United executive team continue with pre-scheduled plan to meet. We don’t know what is on the agenda.*

Scheduled meetings going ahead as scheduled may be one of few functioning things within the club at the moment, but this is clickbait nonsense.
