That’s a good first step, the stats don’t lie. Our set pieces have been markedly worse this season, and they weren’t great to start with.
Hopefully we actually replace him with someone competent rather than just fire him.

Update: Keen also says he hadn’t integrated well with the other back room staff and was recently demoted from his place on the bench. Seems it’s not purely because of our set pieces being shit then

That puff piece that Madeley put out before the season is looking pretty funny in hindsight

He was obviously doing a terrible job, but there is something funny about losing 6 out of 7 and sacking the set-piece coach that they made a big show of hiring.
