And ofcourse it’s during our most disgusting run of games

How a goalkeeper is a serially injured as he is, I’ll never know. Think every year he’s been here he’s had at least 10/15 games off across the season

Article says minimum of 7 games and possibly more

Finally gets a proper solid defensive structure in front of him and is out for over a month. Never getting the golden glove again
Drolb on
One day he won’t fully come back from these injuries
The decision to secure mamardashvili is surely due to Alisson’s continuous injury record

At least we saw it coming.
Arne’s assessment was right.

Serious opportunity for kweev to advertise himself now for next season at another club.

The Mamardashvili move might prove to be a lot more reasonable than I first thought.

Time for the mini Ali

Well at least there are 2 international breaks in the next 6 weeks…
Only 7 games missed, but 7 tough ones
Edit: 6 games really since he doesn’t play Carabao Cup

Kelleher will keep us healthy and fighting. No doubt.

More muscle injuries than our 32 year old right winger

It’s so interesting to me that Slot pretty much said this in the post match interview, he said something like ‘we’ll see, but the way he was feeling it’ll probably be after November internationals’.

This is a huge hit, Ali is one of the best keepers in the world, proven
Last year Kelleher played almost as many games as Ali did in the league because of injury. Hope to see this tendency of a pattern of more injuries to stop right now for Ali
Arguably the worst player to lose at literally the worst time. Excellent.

Wait there’s a international break in November too?

I think we all knew that. At least most games are at home

time for kelleher to net us an extra £10m on his transfer fee.
also pretty funny that chelsea fans are genuinely scared of him, he’s ruined too many of their big days out the last couple of years.

Looks like Edwards & Hughes did well buying Mamardashvili. Looks like it might be Alisson’s last season at Liverpool if these injuries keep recurring.

Why oh why is it when we’ve got such a tough run of games. Feels like he came back too early.

As much as I love Alli, and still believe he’s the best keeper in the world, it’s actually nuts how many injuries he gets. And the crazy part is it’s always weird injuries and for the most part not even from challenges or contact. He’s way to injury prone, makes me wonder whether the club have evaluated this and that’s why they were adamant on keeping kelleher and also signing Mamardashvili.

I initially read this as until after the October break and wasn’t worried, but yeah this sucks

It wasn’t even in the middle of an intense leg stretch or run even. Man’s hamstring just said I’m going on autumn holiday

I trust in Kelleher. He was phenomenal last season. Let’s all take a breather and get some perspective, we’ll be okay.
