  1. >>INEOS continue cost-cutting drive by cutting multi-million pound annual payment to Sir Alex Ferguson who will cease to be a global ambassador for the club at the end of the season. Sir Jim Ratcliffe informed Ferguson last week.

I wonder if this means Sir Alex will be willing to speak to the media more often now?

This should be fine. United fans are famously indifferent to this Sir Alex Ferguson fella whoever he is.

  4. He’s likely been trying to control things in the background and they’ve had enough of it.

  5. For as much as I disliked the guy and Man U as competitors because that side was so dominant and had an air of arrogance, I’ve grown somewhat sad for him seeing how relatively bad Man U have become and recognizing he likely won’t get to see Man U win the league before he dies.

Not that I want him to get the experience of seeing them win again, but I’m empathetic seeing him like a retired emperor watching his empire falter on his deathbed. For all the work he put into making them what they were, it must sting to see the club and the league in their current state.

He can’t even go to OT as a spectator when they play a bottom half side and expect a comfortable win.

The guy was untouchable in terms of titles won in the modern game … he’s the only reason that Radcliffe wants to have anything to do with the current two bit version of the debt riddled club.
It shows no class and politically and for the fans … it hopefully shows you the parasite that has now joined to feast on the corpse that Fergie helped create, that they now feed off.
