I thought it was mildly interesting that for all the stick Martinelli gets he’s actually been Arsenal’s most clinical finisher in league matches this season so far with 28.57% shot conversion (of course 2 goals from 7 shots is a minuscule sample size, I know).
For reference Trossard is on 20%, Havertz 16%, Saka 8%. Arsenal’s team average is 9.9% (6th best) vs 8.6% league average.

I think that really lacks context. The issue with Gabi is his decision making, especially out wide. The issue is less his shot and more getting to the point where he can shoot
