Quite a few of those chances were easy goals, begging to be buried.
Top players like KDB, Lewa, Haaland, Messi, Ronaldo etc. don’t miss those chances.
We don’t have top players anymore. DDG was our last top player who was consistent, and he stopped being a top player in 2018/19. We had Cavani for a season who was past his peak, and Ronaldo for a season who was a killer in front of the goal.
Apart from those three, nobody else has/had the required ability combined with the consistency.

Ten Hag’s system creates 7 high quality chances a game, minimum, but we can’t seem to put any of them away. Infuriating, especially from Bruno who should have at least 5 goals by now. Even with 10 men they still created their minimum 3 high quality chances a half.
