I feel like he has so far really struck a great balance between being severe and being relaxed with everyone that keeps us all in a state of anticipation… could he really be the one?

I like that both him and Poch trained with the keepers. Probably what I’d do if I used to be a top level player turned manager.

  2. The difference between him and Potter

Charisma off the charts. Notice this trend in top managers

The atmosphere is similar to when Tuchel was here 🥹wish we have similar success with Maresca but for a longer time

Disgusting tackle on Lavia, left the ground and stomped with both feet, should’ve seen red. No place in the game for that smh

  5. We have not had this postive vibes coming in such long time. We fans often forget that in the end it’s bunch of very young players we have out together with so much expectations, may be rightfully so. I hope Maresca helps them to feel loved and wanted. That way the team would grow even stronger.

  6. He seems like the type of guy that knows how to have fun but when it’s time to be serious, he’s serious. Some managers try to be too tough while others are pushovers. It’s good to have both
