      the offside trap is great but still needs perfecting. some of the offsides are marginal. i dont think that araujo will be a starter in this team, inigo arranges our offside trap and has great distribution same with curbasi. secondly am i only one that thinks we need wing depth, toni fernandez and his brother should be useful

      Barcelona beating Real Madrid. It made me so happy because I have people at the gym I work out they were so pissed off. I had to have a fight physically over my labour club. I love Barcelona and I love the way they played.       The high line forces team to play in a way we want them to. It forces them to attack in ways theyre not used to. And also we just outrun them off the ball and outclass them technically on the ball. Teams cant live with us. 2nd half against bayern and madrid were the same, both teams too tired try and win the ball because we've killed them mentally and physically.

      Great analysis Jamie, this puts alot of things into perspective. I think that Flick is also taking advantage of the the accuracy the VAR technology brings to the game because some of the offside calls are so close they would have been missed in the past, deliberately or not 😅

      What happened to Mbappe? He's literally reminding me of Martin Beaithwaite ever since he went to Madrid. Bad for the league given he was supposed to be a mega star and attract a lot of sponsors and viewers.

      I know we dismantled both Bayern & Real Madrid but I’m still unsatisfied knowing we could’ve beat them by a bigger margin & didn’t do it…
      Lewandowski can’t be eating those clear chances at this stage of his career & Yamal is still young & wants to have fun but first you gotta be in a comfortable score to attempt chipping the keeper in the first half.
      Vinicius looked ridiculous yesterday for attempting a “sombero” w/o being on top & failed miserably, we can’t let our players to make fools of themselves like that.
      I’m still traumatized after all these years & just want the team to out score everyone just how Bayern did in 2020 & were relentless like how they were on us.

      Espn FC's match review was disgusting. Only Steve Mckmaman said it. Barca was brilliant, but maybe Madrid is not that good. Craig Burley and Dan Thomas were visibly upset. They kept on Saying Madrid was in the game in the first half but stats and numbers dont lie. Madrid was not

      Well!.. First of all, this is the same team xavi said couldn't compete with Madrid?.. I love xavi, but you don't say that as a Barcelona manager, I'm glad he's gone.. Secondly with VAR this system of hansi flick is a masterpiece, we couldn't do it without VAR, because the refs are going to cheat us all day long. But with VAR it's brilliant. I love it.

      I don’t know why people are not recognizing that if this was at a non var offside era Madrid would have beaten us by like 2-3 nil first half , the var makes our plan even more potent and not luck based
